Acceptance of Terms
Agreement between USER and Tri-Win.com. This website, www.Tri-Win.com, is offered to you by Tri-Win Direct, on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions, and notices contained on this page and on other pages of this Site. You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of evaluating, preparing, and ordering products or services solely through the Company (referred to herein as “Products”). No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. Obtaining Products from the Company does not entitle you to use any portion of Content apart from the finished Products as they are supplied by the Company.
We may refuse any or all of our services to anyone at any time, in our sole discretion.
Terms of Sale
Full payment, including postage, is required to complete an order. No work will proceed until full payment is received. No refunds will be given for canceled orders that have been processed or are in the processing stage. In our sole discretion, we may add, delete, or change prices at any time without notice.
Refund Policy
All refunds are at the discretion of Tri-Win Direct. If we decide a refund is appropriate we may include all or part of services, and/or postage depending on the situation. Each situation will be reviewed independently.
Payment
Payment is by credit card, wire transfer, ACH debit, or check for all products and services. Customer represents and warrants that it is an authorized user of the payment provided for each order submitted. Tri-Win.com reserves the right to reject any order placed by Customer if the payment information provided cannot be processed for any reason.
Your Content and Information
All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, images, messages, or other material (“Content”) you provide to Tri-Win Direct is solely your responsibility. You agree that you are responsible for and assume all liability arising from orders placed or other actions that are taken from deliverded products. We may refuse any or all of our services to anyone at any time, in our sole discretion.
Content Storage Policy
Artwork files and mailing list files are stored on our servers for a period of 30 days from the date they were used for an order, or the term that is allowed by law. After 30 days from their last use, or the legal experation, they may be deleted at our discretion.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Tri-Win Direct, and its child companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, printers, contractors, vendors, suppliers, internet service providers, and partners harmless from any loss, cost, claim, demand or other harm of any kind, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your information, your content, your use of this website, the use of this website by any person who uses this website, products mailed on your behalf, your default under any provision of this User Agreement, your violation of any laws, and your violation of any rights of another person.
Termination
Tri-Win Direct, in its sole discretion without notice to you, may: (1) terminate your access to its website or your use of any feature of its website, (2) remove and discard any of your Information and your content stored on the website, or (3) refuse to mail any product and (4) terminate this website, or any feature on the website. Tri-Win Direct will not be liable to you or any third-party for any suspension or termination of your access to this website or your content.
